CF&D performed a deck railing replacement project for us at our coastal house. From our initial engagement with them to our final invoice for the work this week, CF&D handled everything well beyond our expectations. Scoping our work, bidding, contracting, scheduling, and delivering were all handled expeditiously and professionally. They came on-schedule to work during gale-force winds and rains to demo the old rails and then install new posts and cables for the new rails, with everything plumb and tensioned correctly. Despite an impending snow storm, they stayed at our site to ensure completion of all of our major segments. Having experienced a failed implementation for our rails previously, we were overjoyed at how ably CF&D performed and are glad to share our experience.

Cascade Fence & Deck was great. I had them install a railing on the stairs to my deck. Even though I thought it would be a simple job, they treated me with complete respect giving the project ample attention. From the initial communication (very fast and polite) to having someone come out to inspect the site (Omar was great and very helpful), setting up the project was a breeze. Jonathan came out to do the actual work and he was fantastic! He was quick, very polite, and left my deck cleaner than when he arrived. Of course, I was very happy with the final result. It looked exactly like I wanted, extremely sturdy and now I have no concerns about my toddler going up and down the stairs in the rain. Jonathan also spent some extra time with me talking about what he did and ideas to keep it in perfect condition. I will definitely use Cascade Fence & Deck on my next project!

Just had Cascade Fence & Deck over to install a cable railing around our deck and down a staircase with great results. From the initial estimate, design and installation, I was very pleased with the whole process. Very professional throughout the process. Deck railing turned out great with all the posts, railings and joints very skillfully installed. Again, we are very pleased with the results. From the start, walking into the office to set up an appointment for cable railing deck project to the completion of the job it was a good experience Scott come out to measure, price and estimated date of the deck railing installation. One week later we received an e-mail asking if the date was good for us and on designated date the crew showed up on time for the job. The crew worked most of the day, after the installation they cleaned up afterwards. The crew was considerate and polite so it was a pleasure to have them for the day. If only every project would go this smooth.
