1. Nice to meet you

Shortly after you submit an estimate form, Carrie or Kelli will contact you to discuss your project, the space involved, and any potential concerns you may have.

You’ll then have the opportunity to schedule a site visit with one of our Design Consultants (A few solid guys with a passion for helping people).

They’ll be there to chat with you and take any necessary measurements and photos of your space.

2. And now for the fun part

With hundreds of custom designs under our belt, we’ll draw on our experience to make sure your design fully utilizes the space available.

At this step in the process, you’ll have the chance to browse features you might be interested in such as custom lighting or storage built into your deck. The sky is the limit!

After we have a good grasp on your vision, your Design Consultant will create a 3D visualization of your potential space and send you a proposal for review.

3. Behind the scenes

Once your design is dialed in, your Design Consultant will hand you off to a Project Manager. They’ll then work hard behind the scenes to take your project through the engineering, permitting, material ordering, and fabricating process. Your Project Manager will keep you in the loop every step of the way and ensure your project is installed on schedule or before.
