Warranty

• Natural aging of wood – cupping/warping, checking, knot holes, twisting, and splitting.
• Defects allowed by selected grade of wood – knots, holes, wane, splits.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unusual physical stress or modification of the product – this includes holding soil back.
• Damage caused by shifting soil/terrain.
• Stacking of soil, or any substance against the fence.
• Items not covered in manufacturer’s warranty – ask your sales representative for details.
• Acts of omissions of other trades.
• Lightning, high winds with peak gusts of 55 mph or higher, or any other natural disaster.

Please keep in mind fence materials will change appearance, dimension and shape due to the process of aging and exposure to the elements.
