Flex means being open to earlier or later starts. If you need a fixed date, Flex isn’t the right program—ask about standard scheduling.

In most cases, yes—it’s refundable unless special‑order materials have been purchased, in which case standard restocking fees may apply. (Tell us ASAP if you need to cancel.)

We guarantee a start before Thanksgiving. As we book out, that cutoff can shift (e.g., to before Christmas). We’ll make the current guarantee clear on your agreement.

Absolutely—nothing changes except the scheduling flexibility.

No. Because permits can delay start dates unpredictably, Flex scheduling isn’t available for permitted projects. But permit or not, every build meets or exceeds local building codes.

No. The only thing that moves with Flex is your start date. Once our crew begins your project, we stay on it until it’s complete—no pulling off and coming back later.
