Shortly after you submit an estimate form, Carrie or Kelli will contact you to discuss your project, the space involved, and any potential concerns you may have.
You’ll then have the opportunity to schedule a site visit with one of our Estimators (A few solid guys with a passion for helping people).
They’ll be there to chat with you and take any necessary measurements and photos of your space.
Instead of waiting for an estimator to visit your home, our virtual fence quotes happen on a video call with a project planner. They will “walk the fence” with you via video call, noting the important details needed to provide an accurate quote.
While on the call with you, your project planner will use online mapping software to measure the fence line. This enables them to provide you with pricing information in real time. If you’re happy with the price and ready to get started, you can receive a proposal and get on the schedule the same day, saving you weeks of waiting.
With hundreds of custom designs under our belt, we’ll draw on our experience to make sure your design fully utilizes the space available.
At this step in the process, you’ll have the chance to browse features you might be interested in such as custom lighting or storage built into your deck. The sky is the limit!
After we have a good grasp on your vision, your Estimator will create a 3D visualization of your potential space and send you a preposal for review.
Once your design is dialed in, your Estimator will hand you off to a Project Manager. They’ll then work hard behind the scenes to take your project through the engineering, permitting, material ordering, and fabricating process. Your Project Manager will keep you in the loop every step of the way and ensure your project is installed on schedule or before.
